Applications are being accepted for the full-time position of Director/Senior Director of Alumni Engagement. This position creates the overall vision and direction for alumni engagement toward increased alumni engagement. This position leads and supervises the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement to plan, coordinate, implement, evaluate, and enhance all aspects of the integrated plan. The director has primary responsibility for the execution and expansion of the college's engagement programs including Homecoming and reunion & affinity programs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience required.

Preferred Skills

Strong organizational, communication, writing, analytical, computer, and interpersonal skills. Must maintain knowledge of liberal arts education and fundraising and Cornell's goals and priorities. Ability to be an articulate spokesperson on behalf of Cornell, interact professionally in a variety of situations (in person and on the telephone) with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.
