The Department of Economics and Business at Cornell College invites applicants for a one year term appointment, with potential to convert to a tenure-track position, in finance starting fall 2017. The full-time teaching load is six courses per year. We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about undergraduate teaching in a liberal arts setting. Candidates will be expected to teach a variety of courses including risk management, portfolio theory, investments, and financial accounting. Teaching responsibilities could also include managerial accounting. Candidates with a master's degree and relevant professional experience will be considered. Ph.D. or ABD near completion is preferred.
